Mir Hammal Kalmati, held key meetings with Secretary PHE Imran Gichki, Secretary Local Government Abdul Rauf

BNP Leader Mir Hammal Kalmati Pushes for Timely Development in Gwadar

Quetta: Senior Balochistan National Party (BNP) leader and former MPA of Gwadar, Mir Hammal Kalmati, held key meetings with Secretary PHE Imran Gichki, Secretary Local Government Abdul Rauf, C&W official Lal Jan Jafar, and Chief Engineer Dr. Sajjad at their respective offices.

Discussions focused on ongoing development projects in Gwadar district and water supply schemes in various tehsils. During these meetings, Mir Hammal Kalmati urged officials to:

  • Expedite the release of funds for all development projects.
  • Ensure merit-based recruitment across all departments.
  • Immediately allocate funds for Gwadar’s Roads and Buildings sector.
  • Accelerate the completion of the PHE Jiwani pipeline project and ensure its funding.
  • Fast-track the PHE Zaran scheme and promptly tender the Shadi Kor to the Kalag Kolanch project.

He stressed the importance of completing these initiatives on time, to which the concerned officials assured their full support and immediate action.

Mir Hammal Kalmati was accompanied by Mir Anwar Baloch and Shae Mukhtar Baloch during the meetings.

Reaffirming his commitment to Gwadar’s progress, Kalmati emphasized that concrete steps would be taken to enhance public welfare and drive economic development in the region.
