Gwadar Press Club’s Newly Elected Cabinet Honored by RCD Council

Gwadar – The Gwadar Press Club, a symbol of democratic journalism, continues to play a vital role in promoting positive and constructive reporting. In recognition of its contributions, the RCD Council Gwadar hosted a reception and Asraana in honor of the Press Club’s newly elected cabinet and members.

Officials and journalist members of the Gwadar Press Club attended the event. Speaking on the occasion, RCD Council Patron General Khudabakhsh Hashim and President Nasir Rahim Sohrabi congratulated the newly elected cabinet. They commended the journalists of Gwadar for their commitment to responsible journalism, emphasizing their role in addressing social issues and bringing them to light.

Nasir Rahim Sohrabi reiterated that the RCD Council is a social organization dedicated to tackling literary, educational, and social challenges. He expressed confidence that the newly elected press club members would continue their legacy of impactful journalism.

During the event, it was also announced that the Wali Nowan Book Fair had extended an invitation to the Gwadar Press Club to serve as its official media partner.

Expressing gratitude, Press Club President Ismail Umar thanked the RCD Council for their warm reception. He acknowledged the strong bilateral relations between the RCD Council and the Press Club, affirming that this partnership would continue in the future. He also invited RCD Council officials to join the Gwadar Press Club in welcoming distinguished guests at the upcoming book fair.

A special prayer was offered for the recovery of Patron General Ismail Baloch, followed by a formal Asraana for Gwadar Press Club journalists.
