Gwadar, Pakistan – Acting on instructions from SSP Zia Mandukhel, Gwadar police arrested five suspects and recovered drugs during operations conducted at various police stations.
At Thana City in Ormara, police arrested the accused Shahzad, son of Abdul Qadir. Drugs were found in his possession, and case number 07/2025 was registered. Legal proceedings were initiated under case number 08/2025.
At Police Station City in Jiwani, police arrested Rehman (also known as Sahi), son of Ali, and recovered 1,200 grams of hashish. The authorities registered case number 07/2025 against him and followed up with case number 03/2025 after recovering additional drugs.
In another operation, at Police Station City in Gwadar, the accused Abdul Rasheed, son of Ghulam, was arrested, and case number 20/2025 was registered.
All the arrested suspects have been handed over to the Investigation Officers for further legal action.
SSP Zia Mandukhel emphasized that eradicating the drug problem is a top priority. He stated that the police will continue to take strict and indiscriminate action against drug dealers. He also appealed to the public for support in identifying criminal elements to help make Gwadar a drug-free society.
