Former Assistant Commissioner Mir Jawad Zehri Visits The Gwadar Post to Bid Farewell

Gwadar, July 2025:  Former Assistant Commissioner of Gwadar, Mir Jawad Ahmad Zehri, paid a farewell visit to the head office of The Gwadar Post following the conclusion of his official posting in the district.

He was warmly received by Sajid bin Rahim, CEO of The Gwadar Post, and senior journalist Jameel Qasim, who welcomed him on behalf of the media organization.

During his visit, Mir Zehri expressed heartfelt gratitude for the hospitality and support he received during his tenure in Gwadar.

This city has been a center of learning for me,

He stated.

The people of Gwadar are wonderful, warm-hearted, and sincere. My time here will remain one of the most memorable chapters of my public service career.

He added, “Gwadar holds a special place in my heart, as it does in the hearts of all Balochistanis. It is truly the heart of Balochistan and the future of Pakistan.”

Mir Zehri praised The Gwadar Post for its commitment to highlighting local issues and sharing government initiatives with the public.

He noted.

As a token of appreciation, The Gwadar Post presented an honorary souvenir to Mr. Zehri in recognition of his service and his positive engagement with the press and public during his tenure.
