Gwadar: Syed Ejaz Haider Shah has officially taken charge as the new Managing Director of the Gwadar Industrial Estate Development Authority (GIEDA). He will begin his role by focusing on transparency, performance, and industrial development.

After assuming office, Mr. Shah visited various authority departments and met with officers and staff. During these meetings, he was briefed on ongoing projects and the current status of GIEDA’s development work.

Mr. Shah stated that boosting institutional efficiency and supporting industrial growth will be key areas of focus during his tenure. He stressed that GIEDA has a critical role in driving Gwadar’s industrial progress, and that improving policies, investor support, and modern infrastructure are top priorities.

He also called for strong coordination and engagement with all stakeholders to help transform Gwadar into a well-functioning and competitive industrial hub.

GIEDA staff and officials welcomed the new leadership and assured their full cooperation in achieving the authority’s mission.
