Court Boycott Notice

Gwadar: The District Bar Associations of Gwadar and Kech strongly condemn the tragic killing of a young man by Pakistan Coast Guard firing, declaring it an extrajudicial and unconstitutional act. According to the statement, at 2 AM, in the Ganz area of Gwadar district, the Coast Guard opened fire, resulting in the martyrdom of Nakhuda Abdul Wahid, son of Ramzan, which is a clear violation of constitutional and legal principles.

The Makran Bar, Gwadar Bar, and Kech Bar strongly demand that an FIR be registered immediately against the personnel involved, they be arrested, and justice be provided to the family of the martyr.

The Gwadar Bar and Kech Bar have announced a complete court boycott on February 10, 2025. A meeting will also be held on the same day to demand strict legal action against extrajudicial killings and unconstitutional measures.
